Modernising a ten-year-old e-commerce codebase without closing the shop
Lead Fullstack Developer at Lacoste since April 2024, on a Salesforce Commerce Cloud e-commerce platform whose codebase is over ten years old. I run the architecture workshops that redefine the back end and the front end, and I brought a new developer’s time to autonomy down from three weeks on average to a few days.

Trevia Lab is a custom-object workshop whose entire online presence I design and build: the e-commerce site, an in-house conversational assistant on Cloudflare Workers, and a content pipeline meant to be read by search engines and AI assistants alike. I am both the client and the developer, which forces me to choose between the elegant solution and the one that survives.
